For companies whose currency is the Zambian Kwacha.
For companies operating in any other currency.
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed to sign up.
Your subscription is the number of units, times the monthly rate, times the months in your billing period.
There are no feature tiers. A landlord with five units uses the same RentWorks as a property manager with five hundred.
Each rental unit you add to a property — a flat, house, shop, office or warehouse — is one unit. In a boarding house, each bed space is one unit. Properties themselves, tenants and users are not charged for. You are billed for at least one unit.
It depends on your company currency in RentWorks. If it is the Zambian Kwacha, you pay K10 per unit per month in ZMW. For any other currency, you pay USD 0.50 per unit per month.
From inside the app. Kwacha accounts can pay with Airtel Money, MTN MoMo or Zamtel Kwacha, or by Visa or Mastercard. Accounts billed in US dollars pay by card. Mobile money and card payments are processed by our payment partner, not by RentWorks.
Yes. Choose monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual billing when you renew.
Each unit needs a licence. When you reach the number of units on your subscription, RentWorks lets you add more unit licences from the app.
When the 14 days are up, RentWorks asks you to subscribe to keep working. Your records stay in your account.
No. Tenants pay you directly and you record the payment in RentWorks. We never handle your rent, so there is no commission.
