Yes. Choose the Boarding House property type and the property is rented by individual bed spaces rather than as whole units. You set up rooms and bed capacity, choose single, shared or mixed occupancy, and can record a student number for each tenant.
Yes. Rent invoices are raised against each rental agreement, payments (including part payments) are recorded against invoices, and RentWorks shows what is due, what has been collected, what is outstanding and which payments are late.
